The Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago, the Federal Bar Association Chicago Chapter, the Asian American Judges Association of Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois proudly present a reenactment of the historic court proceedings involving Fred Korematsu and his fight against Japanese-American incarceration.
The program takes place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM in the Ceremonial Courtroom (2525) of the Dirksen Federal Courthouse at 219 S Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60604. Immediately following the program, attendees are invited to stay for a reception and to visit "Then They Came For Me," a photo exhibition at the Northern District of Illinois Court History Museum about about the Japanese-American incarceration. The event is open to the public, and attendees may receive 1.0 hours of CLE credit (pending approval).
We hope you will join us.
